Caitlin Freeman, pastry chef for Blue Bottle Coffee’s SFMOMA rooftop cafe, has a new book of desserts based on the iconic works of Andy Warhol, Wayne Thiebaud, Mark Bradford, Rineke Dijkstra and many others. “Modern Art Desserts” is published by Ten Speed Press and provides step by step instructions for re-creating 27 edible masterpieces.
